Admission Requirement

For Class I

1. Birth Certificate.
2. Two passport size colour photographs of student.
3. Result sheet of previous class.
4. Medical certificate for blood group, any allergies etc. report of the child Caste certificate (If applicable).
5. Photocopy of Aadhar card.
6. Photocopy of SSSMID

For Classes II to XII

1. Two passport size colour photographs of student.
2. Result sheet of previous class.
3. Medical certificate for blood group, any allergies etc. report of the child Caste certificate (If applicable).
4. Transfer certificate with counter signature ( DEO if MP Board)
5. Photocopy of Aadhar card.
6. Photocopy of SSSMID
